WELCOME TO CORE CLUB
If you’re curious, don’t be shy.
-
Pilates-inspired. Strength-led. Built for real life.
Our classes draw from contemporary Pilates, strength training and modern movement practice. We care about quality, attention and progression — building strength, improving mobility and making movement feel useful outside the studio.
We don’t think Pilates is the only way to move. We run, surf, box, lift, climb, skate, stretch and start again. Core Club is part of the week, not the whole personality.
The work is coached. The room is small. Options are given. Effort is expected.
You don’t need to arrive flexible, fit or fluent in Pilates. Just come in ready to pay attention.

Core Club is more than a place to sweat.
It started with reformer Pilates as a personal escape — a place to return to the body, clear the noise and feel something shift.
That feeling still sits at the centre of what we do, but Core Club was never built to be your whole world. Movement should be a full-body experience — strength, control, heat, breath, music, attention. Something that sharpens the way you feel in the room, then carries into everything beyond it.
We move to keep doing the other things. To run, surf, work, dance, lift, travel, recover, show up and start again.
No comparison. No performance. Just coached movement, small rooms and a reason to keep coming back.
See you in the studio.
