Over four weeks, we’ll show you how the reformer actually works, we’ll break down the springs, the language, the shapes, and the small things that make a big difference.

Not just what it looks like - but what it feels like.

No filming. No pressure to perform.
No need to pretend you already know what you’re doing.

This is for you if:

  • you’ve been curious, looking but not booking

  • you’ve been meaning to try but unsure where to start

  • you’ve done a class or two and still feel unsure

  • you like knowing what’s going on before jumping in

  • you want a slower, more supported entry point

  • you feel slightly intimidated (normal)
